The Records and Warrants Division consists of 10 Record Clerks, a supervisory clerk and a Lieutenant who oversees the Division. The Records Division is responsible for maintaining all warrant files, incident reports, traffic summons, MULES/NCIC entries, and processing Emergency Ex Parte Order of Protection petitions filed after normal business hours. The Records and Warrants Division is a 24-hour function of the Sheriff’s Office staffed 365 days a year.
