The Springfield-Greene County CERT Animal Response Team (CART) is a group of trained CERT volunteers who coordinate animal response efforts during times of disaster. CART partners with the Emergency Veterinary Clinic of Southwest Missouri to facilitate training of volunteers and activation of animal response.
