A Waiver, also called a Statement of Non-assessment, is a form produced by the Collector’s Office which states that the owners of the vehicle being registered are clear of any tax liability.
To apply for a waiver, you must have an account on file with the Assessor’s Office. You can search for an account here. If you do not have an account, please call the Assessor’s Office at (417) 868-4101 (option 1).
