Representing Yourself in Family Court
The Supreme Court of Missouri has created and approved forms for individuals who wish to represent themselves. The Court calls individuals representing themselves "Pro Se" which is a term that means "for oneself" or "on one's own behalf". A website was developed with basic information, frequently asked questions, and forms for representing yourself which can be found at: www.selfrepresent.mo.gov .
