The Greene County Clerk is charged by the County Commission with receiving sunshine requests on behalf of the county and with fulfilling requests for Commission records pursuant to the Missouri Sunshine Law. The County Clerk also works to facilitate records request communications with other office holders, and provides assistance to other County Officeholders in fulfilling requests for which they are responsible, to the extent that those office holders request assistance and to the extent allowable by applicable law.
